We are seeking a talented, versatile Senior Interior Designer / Project Manager who will enthusiastically join our team. You will be working with a sophisticated clientele and navigating the entire design process from start to finish.
Required Qualifications:
Professional degree in Interior Design
7+ years experience at a high-end residential firm
Experience with residential furniture, vendors, and workrooms
Organized self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Word, and Excel
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Space planning
Drawings: plans, elevations, millwork, electrical
Specification books for plumbing fixtures, appliances, finishes, millwork, etc.
Working with and overseeing vendors, trades and contractors
Maintaining detailed notes and documentation
Proposals, contracts, purchase orders and invoices
Tracking purchases, delivery dates, and scheduling installations
