Our client, a manufacturer for the automotive industry, seeks a building maintenance technician entry level or experienced. The building maintenance technician MUST be available to work 4AM-2:30PM Monday-Friday and Saturday's 4AM-12:30PM. The job opportunity offers overtime.
Automotive manufacturer located in the Skokie/Evanston area is in search of a Building Maintenance person. The Company is approximately 250,000 square feet.
We are willing to train on some aspects of the responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Carpentry
Landscaping
Painting
Paving
Plumbing
General repairs and improvements
Ensure preventative maintenance for equipment is current and documented.
Other duties as assigned.
