Barrington, IL manufacturer is currently recruiting for CNC Machine operator.
Looking for candidates with basic to midlevel experience running a CNC Machine. Ability to read standard dimensions on blueprints, use hard gages, micrometers and calipers is a plus. Our shop has equipment ranging from vertical and horizontal CNC 4th and 5th axis mills, broaches, wire EDM, saws, grinders, welders, punch presses, finishing and all standard shop equipment. We provide training on the job for the particular machine operation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience as an operator of CNC mill (horizontal or vertical) and/or lathe CNC Machines, experience with a manual mill or lathe a plus.
Inspect work produced, including 1st piece inspection, using micrometers, gauges, calipers or standard measuring tools.
Perform duties in accordance with company policies. Including but not limited to ISO Standards
Have ability to stand 8 hour shifts Follow preventive maintenance procedures and report difficulties with equipment
Good attendance record is required
Willing to learn and improve their capabilities
