We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery (Mazak) and possess the technical knowledge necessary to produce high-quality components. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines, including lathes and milling machines, to produce parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand machining requirements.
Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished products.
Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles in machining processes.
Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
Implement lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the production process.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and product quality.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
