Job Description:
Pay rates range from $17.00 an hour to 20.00 depending on experience. (2nd shift with higher pay differential) ✅✅
If a candidate is expecting the higher pay range of $19.00 to $20.00, must provide proof of stability in employment history, experience and possibly references. Resumes must be in place too.
It’s a must to have “steel toe shoes” in for both production and warehouse floor.

MACHINE OPERATORS for 1st shift✅
Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience DOING THIS TYPE OF WORK.
Hours are (5:30am-2pm) must be able to work overtime as needed! Starting pay rate is $17.00 an hour (up to $20.00 hr)
Past history (steady work history) desired doing machine operations will conduct minor preventive maintenance, provide documenting on all manufacturing equipment.
Advise supervisor of any machine problems, material concerns or other
Learn different packaging requirements & assemble from bill of materials and supervisory instructions.
1 year or more of previous Direct experience with proven knowledge of operating converting machinery within a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to train to operate converting machinery to meet and exceed daily quotas.
· Perform machine setups to start a production cycle and run all pieces of mechanical equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
· Equipment includes, but is not limited to:
§ Rewinder § Slitter § Builder Board machine § Sealers § Bagger
§ Bailers § Pallet jack § Shrink-wrap machine§ Air compressor
· Compile the necessary raw material
Maintain clean workspace and doing quarterly and yearly physical inventory. Lift up to 50 or 60 pounds as needed. Full time hours TEMP TO HIRE is the goal! $Overtime required when asked all hours past 40 pay time and half
Good basic math skills, add, subtract, multiply and divide, do fractions, computer proficient in company software and Microsoft Office preferred.
HIGH SCHOOL Diploma or GED Required.✅
LIGHT PACKER POSITION for 1st shift✅
Hours are (5:30am-2pm)

MACHINE OPERATORS for 2nd shift✅✅
Hours are (2:15pm-10:45pm) must be able to work overtime until 12am

Warehouse Associates for 1st shift✅✅✅
Hours are (8:30am-5pm) must be able to work overtime Starting pay rate is $18.00 an hour (up to $20.00) Past steady work history experience working in a warehouse with following skills/experience.
Strong work ethic · Strong communicator · Attention to detail
· Fast paced environment· Good work history· Recent strong Forklift experience
· Forklift certified preferred· Clamp Truck experienced strongly preferred
· Forklift experience with rack loading products helpful
· Quickly and safely move raw materials in and out of the production room
· Quickly and safely move products in and out of the warehouse
· Truck loading and unloading
· Must be able to read and write in English
· Good with numbers- basic math skills- detailed oriented
· Work well independently
· Must be on time and report to work every day
