In this role, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of machinery design, from concept to completion. You'll work closely with our production teams to create cutting-edge equipment that meets the highest standards of efficiency and reliability.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing detailed mechanical designs using CAD software.
Performing calculations and simulations to ensure structural integrity and performance.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including blueprints and specifications.
Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to select and integrate components.
Specification of motor hp, gearbox torque, bearings and shafts for various applications.
We need an engineer who is not only technically proficient but also a creative problem-solver.
The ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in machinery design and development.
Expertise in CAD software (Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD 2D, etc.).
A strong understanding of materials science, mechanics, and manufacturing processes.
Familiar with welding methods and processes.
