Our client, a plastics manufacturer for the medical industry, seeks a mold oven technician. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of machine operation experience, have excellent math skills, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and be comfortable working in hot conditions. The mold technician will monitor and set up the industrial oven, pour compounds into molds, weigh raw and finished materials using a digital scale, load and unload heavy molds from the oven, and operate a hydraulic press.
