-Read work order or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.
-Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
-Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated areas.
-Operates industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving material or products.
-Unload all incoming deliveries and ensure there is no shipping damage to items removed from trucks.
-Coordinates any receiving discrepancies with Purchasing
-Responsible for marking part numbers and stock locations on the appropriate boxes
-Responsible for moving all received materials from QC inspection location, to its proper inventory location
-Responsible for filing packing lists and related freight bills in appropriate files
