Sign Production & Installation Specialist
We're looking for an energetic, well-organized candidate with great communication skills
to join our fast-paced and fast-growing sign company in the West Loop of Chicago. A
high sense of urgency and previous sign shop production experience is required. This
candidate is responsible for all aspects of the physical production and installation of signs.
Responsibilities
-Have the ability to produce signs using details from Point-of-Sale system
-Place vinyl graphics on a predetermined substrate
-Prepare/clean substrates for vinyl application, cutting, engraving, lasering, painting, and/or laminating
-Weed excess vinyl from plotter-generated graphics
-Perform installations as required – Be efficient but more importantly, SAFE
-Help unload and store raw materials; clean and maintain storage areas
-Report low inventory levels and stock to production manager
-Work on multiple projects simultaneously
-Perform quality assurance measures pre and post-production by accurately reading and interpreting a Work Order
-Proof for errors or unacceptable standards
-Communicate with other employees and customers in a calm and professional manner
-Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs when necessary
-Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
-A valid driver’s license is required
Salary/Benefits Include:
-$42,000-$52,000 plus Monthly Bonuses
