1. Work with art department on pre-press and burning screens.
2. Sets up, runs and adjusts auto screen printing press to produce top quality imprints.
3. Examines product for ink smears, position of design, or other defects and adjusts equipment.
4. Starts and oversees dryer operation
5. Reviews print order to determine settings and adjustments required to set up manually controlled or automatic screen printing machine or decorating equipment.
6. Determines from orders type and color of designs to print.
7. Adjusts position of design or screen to ensure specified color print registration.
8. Counts and records quantities printed in production log.
9. Provides routine maintenance on all equipment.
10. Mixes ink according to formula when needed
11. Clean Screens after print run
12. Assist in embroidery and other depts. when needed
13. Keeps area very neat, clean and organized
