1. Manage decorated apparel and promotional items in production (embroidery, screen print.
2. Count and check incoming production orders, processing and packing orders correctly, counting inventory and ensuring orders are shipped timely and accurately.
3. Perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, counting, record keeping when needed and maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
4. Work with Shipping Dept to facilitate orders to be shipped.
5. Help with kitting/fulfillment/inventory and warehouse when needed.
6. Communicate clearly, effectively and timely with staff and customers.
7. Provide input and needs for staff and supplies for upcoming projects.
8. Consistently maintained picking/packing speeds in the 95th percentile.
9. Oversee and help pick orders with 100% accuracy despite high speeds.
10. Consistently meet deadlines.
11. Have reliable attendance.
13. Perform other duties with the company as needed or requested.
