Repair or replace broken or damaged fixtures, and equipment, install or assemble new fixtures, gutter cleaning, and handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks. The skills necessary to perform this job include strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques, proficient in using hand and power tools, ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively, excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship, good communication skills to interact with clients and team members, physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
