Growing company seeks enthusiastic person to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess good listening and written skills, professional phone etiquette and be detailed oriented.
Assist with our pearl jewelry division by receiving and sorting orders, clarifying instructions and corresponding with customers.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating flow of incoming and outgoing orders.
Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Checking accuracy of outbound orders.
Building and maintaining customer relationships
College degree or relevant work experience; college grads encouraged to apply
1-3 years sales experience
Self-starter, team oriented
Strong microsoft word and excel skills
Must be very articulate, have a sense of humor, easy going, but disciplined. We need a culture fit.
Background check is required.
Must be available full-time Monday through Friday 8:30 - 4:30.
