Envivo Wellness is looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team! Some of the tasks involve greeting clients, coordinating the clinic as clients come in for appointments, setting up treatment rooms, explaining services and treatments to clients, setting clients up for services, making client appointments etc.
Office Coordinator Assistant Duties and Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
Greet clients and create a welcoming environment
Answer phone calls, texts, and emails
Schedule appointments
Update client information and electronic records
Copy, scan, organize, and file documents
Collecting payments from clients
Cleaning and setting up rooms in between clients
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the clinic
Creating content for social media posts
Setting clients up for treatments and services
Requirements:
2 year minimum experience working in an administrative position in an office setting required, healthcare setting preferred but not required
Great customer service, personable, and friendly
Great communication skills
Must be 100% reliable, punctual, professional, and carry a positive and hard working attitude
Must have the ability to multi-task
Must have the ability to prioritize tasks
$18 per hour
Part-time both day and evening shifts during the week and day shift available on the weekends
