A small established property management company is looking for a part-time administrative assistant, 25-30 hours per week. This person must have strong verbal and written communication skills. They must be reliable, well organized, know how to screen calls, be able to multi-task and problem solve, work independently and have good time management, etc. Property management/real estate experience is not required but is a plus. Job duties include but are not limited to
· AP/AR duties including coding invoices for property manager’s approval, input of invoices into accounting software for payment, cutting checks, inputting rent checks into accounting software, etc.
· Preparing and sending of residential lease documents for electronic signature
· Answering phones
· Sorting mail
· Filing/scanning of documents to network
· Keeping track of office supplies and ordering as necessary
· Track tenant and vendor certificates of insurance
· Assign & close out work orders
