We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Caregiver Supervisor to oversee and support our team of caregivers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of caregivers, ensuring they provide excellent care to clients.
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing caregivers.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to caregivers.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate and schedule caregiver assignments to meet client needs.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients or caregivers.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to caregiver performance and client care.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the caregiving or healthcare field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Must be good with administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to caregiving.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Must be able to drive and travel.
