Construction Manager

Beacon Hill has partnered with our reputable client to find a proactive and experienced Construction Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to play a key role in managing a range of tenant construction projects within a dynamic and bustling building environment. Responsibilities: Manage all tenant construction work, ensuring adherence to budget and project timelines. Serve as the primary customer service manager for tenant projects, facilitating introductions and communication between tenant representatives and the management team. Address issues arising from construction meetings and escalate to the Property Manager and General Manager. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of architectural plans and obtain required permits. Coordinate and document construction meetings, including maintaining meeting notes. Bid contracts with various contractors, consulting with the General Manager to ensure a balanced mix of contractors. Collaborate with Engineering, Cleaning, Security, and other departments to meet project goals. Distribute building rules and regulations to contractors and set clear performance expectations. Assist the management team with operational tasks as needed. Provide timely project pricing to the Leasing team to align with leasing schedules. Complete project tracking sheets accurately and promptly. Approve invoices for draw packages and ensure proper coding with the accounting team. Collaborate with the Leasing team on budgetary concerns as needed.Qualifications: 3+ years of project management experience; construction management experience is a plus. Familiarity with budgeting and financial aspects related to project management. Strong background in pricing and project management; construction knowledge is beneficial. Ability to work independently and manage projects without extensive team support. Effective communication and coordination skills.
