Small construction company in Addison, IL is looking for an experienced project coordinator/administrative assistant requiring a broad range of duties from office management to on-site material deliveries to job sites. As a small business, everyone on staff works as a team to address both construction-oriented and administrative tasks. Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks. Knowledge in Microsoft Project or Primavera scheduling and computer-aided design (AutoCad) a plus. 40-50 hours per week.
