Pediatric Dental office in Far Northwest Suburb is looking for a seasoned Front Desk person who is positive, organized, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering a high quality patient experience. Our office utilizes cutting edge technology and caters to patients who enjoy a warm, welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. The position requires a minimum of 3 years front desk experience including treatment scheduling, insurance filing, phone skills and claims navigation. The ideal candidate will be confident, customer service focused, detail-oriented and be able to work well with others on our dental team.
Our ideal candidate will have;
- at least 3 years experience with dental practice management software
- experience with insurance claim filing and navigating various scenarios relating to the claims process
- a car and live in the far Northwest Suburbs
