Baker Memorial United Methodist Church in St. Charles, Illinois is seeking a new, full-time, 35 hours per week member of staff: Director of Administration and Finance. The staff person oversees the physical and financial operations of the office, congregation and building, e.g. maintains the database of member information, manages the calendar and schedule of activities along with the usage of the building and building resources, provides some clerical support to staff and church committees, receives/processes all donations and building usage fees, maintains records of financial payments and oversees payroll for church staff, assists treasurer in producing monthly and annual reports.
