Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level administrative support to their leadership team. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating travel, preparing key financial reports, and supporting client and investor relations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills, and have experience in the financial services or investment industry. This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days onsite with flexibility for remote work.Key Responsibilities:Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel.Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for senior leadership.Coordinate client and investor meetings, events, and presentations.Assist in project management and strategic initiatives.Handle sensitive documents with confidentiality and maintain office supplies.Required Qualifications:5+ years as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, professional services setting, preferably in finance.Expertise in calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with high-level stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.Experience with travel booking and financial reporting software.Work Environment:Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).Occasional evening work for tight deadlines or special events.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
