Key Responsibilities
-Monitor safety scores and FMCSA ratings, ensuring regulatory compliance
-Schedule and conduct driver interviews, reviews, and exit interviews
-Proficient in using Ternstreet/DriverReach and other various forms of current technologies
-Keeping drivers files in constant current FMCSA compliance
-Scheduling drug and alcohol tests, random selection and reasonable suspicion tests
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-Analyze safety data and trends to identify risk areas and recommend improvements
-Bilingual language is a plus
