Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and manage the front desk with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Appointment Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records and assist in organizing office documentation.
- Patient Communication: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and providing information with a positive attitude.
- Support Team Collaboration: Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- No Experience Required: While experience in administration is preferred, we welcome individuals with a strong work ethic, previous positions in customer service, and a willingness to learn.
- Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic computer applications and a willingness to adapt to dental office software.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills to interact with patients and team members.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable, able to manage responsibilities efficiently.
