ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Rental Dept.- General Office Functions that entail good customer service, answering phone calls with clear and friendly
voice (Bilingual: English / Spanish Plus +)
Computer Skills: Outlook, Word, Excel (+) Spreadsheet and responsible for worksheet order entry, billing, filing, and
other clerical duties that may arise
Process invoices for payment and daily cash receipts
Follow-up with vendors and customers regarding work orders
Able to multitask, be organize and work in a fast-pace environment, and use good common sense to
troubleshoot issues and resolve them on a timely manner
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality at all levels
Good presentation, good grammar and communication skills
Ideal employee: Reliable, self-starter, detailed oriented, creative, and team player (get the job done)
WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and/or may vary time to time OT
PAY RATE: 20.00
