Description
You will evaluate customer calls/emails and match the right technician to every job
Tasks
Learn the business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls
Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field
Accept and write up service calls in our system
Dispatch service calls to technicians
Be able to juggle schedules and organize each technicians work day to make the company run as efficiently as possible
Responsible for scheduling preventative maintenance for contracted customers
Able to organize our shop for loading and unloading of equipment
Experience in forklift operation is beneficial
Requirements
A proven track record in business to consumer customer service
Microsoft Office proficient, good typist, and proficient with phone systems
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
Strong verbal and written communications
Must be logic-driven and a deductive thinker
Ability to build trust, diffuse conflict and hold others accountable
Personality that blends well with others
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.50 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
