Job Summary: The Personal Assistant will support the office with comprehensive administrative work to guarantee the smooth running of the office and assist in managing day-to-day activities. The suitable candidate will be detail-oriented, possessing excellent communication skills and an ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Liaise between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Manage correspondence: emails, phone, and mail; ensure timely responses and follow-ups. Conduct research and compile information for various projects and initiatives. Assist in the planning and coordination of events, meetings, and conferences. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information. General office work: filing, data entry, maintaining office supplies.
Support the executive in personal tasks as required, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
Education:
High school Diploma
