Job Description:
We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Admin to join our growing construction company. This is a key role in our organization, responsible for managing schedules, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
-Scheduling workers and ensuring punctuality on all job sites.
-Negotiating budgets with workers, ensuring both parties are satisfied with the outcome.
-Performing light accounting duties, collecting deposits, and managing payments.
-Sending out estimates and quotes to clients.
-Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather reviews.
-Handling general administrative tasks and supporting the team as needed.
Requirements:
-Prior construction industry experience or knowledge of construction terminology.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Ability to be assertive and detail-oriented when managing schedules and budgets.
-Proficiency in basic accounting principles and software is a plus.
Compensation:
-Starts at $20/hr during the one-month training period.
-Increased to $25/hr after training.
-Bonus opportunities available based on performance and company goals.
Work Environment:
Primarily an in-office role, but may offer some remote flexibility depending on experience and company needs.
