Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls & scheduling
Utilize software to schedule and dispatch technicians & sales.
Manage multiple service email accounts and text platform.
Handle walk-in inquires.
Assist in sales efforts through social media support and campaigns.
Follow up on estimates and convert them into invoices, manage payments.
Requirements:
Previous dispatch experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Strong organizational and keyboard skills.
Excellent phone etiquette is a must.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other communication platforms.
Ability to navigate the internet, computer systems, and social media platforms.
1-2 years of customer service experience.
Recommended:
Working knowledge of heating and air conditioning (HVAC).
Experience in scheduling and dispatch.
Knowledge of Chicagoland.
Knowledge of residential home services.
Compensation:
$18-20 per hour.
Part-time position with opportunities for full-time
