Envivo Wellness is looking for an enthusiastic Office Coordinator Assistant to join our team! Some of the tasks involve greeting clients, coordinating the clinic as clients come in for appointments, making sure rooms are ready to be used, setting clients up for different services and treatments, etc.
Office Coordinator Assistant Duties and Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
Greet clients and create a welcoming environment
Answer phone calls, texts, and emails
Schedule appointments
Update client information and electronic records
Copy, scan, organize, and file documents
Collecting payments from clients
Cleaning and setting up rooms in between clients
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the clinic
Creating content for social media posts
Setting clients up for treatments and services
Requirements:
Great customer service, personable, and friendly
Great communication skills
Must be 100% reliable, punctual, professional, and carry a positive and hard working attitude
Must have the ability to multi-task
Must have the ability to prioritize tasks
Previous clerical/administrative experience preferred but not require
$20 per hour
Part-time both day and evening shifts with occasional weekend shifts
