NOW HIRING – OFFICE / FIELD ASSISTANT
Location: Chicago, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $16–$18 per hour (based on experience) + Gas Bonus

We are looking for a sharp, organized, and motivated person to help manage office and field coordination.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This role combines office work + field coordination.
You will assist with:
Calling insurance companies, contractors, and clients
Organizing schedules and project timelines
Following up on inspections, estimates, and job progress
Assisting with water damage, roofing, siding, or remodeling
Helping manage claim-related paperwork and communication
We will train the right person step by step.
REQUIREMENTS
✅ Valid Driver’s License (Required)
✅ Ability to communicate professionally by phone and text
✅ Organized and detail-oriented
✅ Comfortable speaking with contractors, adjusters, and clients
✅ Prior experience in construction, restoration, mitigation, or insurance is a STRONG PLUS
✅ Sales experience is a PLUS
Vehicle required.
