Chicago Service Source Inc. is a property maintenance company serving Chicagoland and surrounding

suburbs for over 35 years. Services include but not limited to general construction, concrete/sealcoat

service, remodeling and snow and ice management.

Brief Description

The position of Office Manager at Chicago Service Source Inc. involves overseeing the daily operations

and administrative functions of the office. As an Office Manager you will be responsible for managing

office resources, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring a productive and organized work

environment.

Tasks

 Oversee and coordinate day to day office operations

 Manage office budgets and expenses along with negotiating contracts with vendors and service

providers to ensure cost-effective solutions.

 Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments for Director.

 Manage office correspondence, including emails and vendor platforms. Client customer service is

a crucial part of position.

 Accounts receivable tasks include invoicing clients, processing accounting receivables and

incoming payments. Prepare bank deposits, understanding of Quickbooks. Preform follow up on

payment reminders and contacting clients.

 Maintain and update office policies, employee handbooks, and other relevant documentation.

 Monitor active marketing campaigns and make improvements as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements.

 Bachelors degree in business administration, management or a related field. Relevant experience

may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

 Proven experience as an Office Manager or a similar role, with a track record of effectively

managing office operations.

 Strong organizational and multitasking skills to hand multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients.

 Proficiency in using office productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

Quickbooks knowledge is essential.

 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities issues and make informed judgements.
