The Office Services role supports daily office operations, facilities management, and administrative tasks to maintain an efficient workplace. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee office supplies inventory, ordering, and distribution.Coordinate office maintenance, including liaising with vendors, building management, and service providers.Manage mail, packages, and courier services.Assist with setting up conference rooms, events, and meetings.Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entry.Handle employee requests related to office facilities and workspaces.Ensure office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) is functioning properly.Support new hire onboarding by managing office access and workspace setup.Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas.Assist with special projects as needed.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.1+ years of experience in office administration, facilities, or a similar role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to lift/move office supplies and equipment as needed.Work Environment:Primarily office-based with occasional physical tasks (lifting, moving office equipment).Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with potential for occasional overtime.Benefits: Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
