We are looking for a professional to handle homedepot.com and other account order processing and customer support. Primary responsibilities include data entry, processing orders, customer support, or other office tasks that arise in a small business environment. This pivotal position requires someone who is responsible and has the ability to juggle multiple tasks at the same time.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping and customer service experience
- Working knowledge of PC office equipment, including printers, phone system
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word is required
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, professional demeanor
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Resolve customer concerns via phone or email etc.
- Assist marketing or sales department with research and reach out to B2B customers
- Strong writing and basic mathematics skills, detailed oriented
Spanish is a big plus.
