Our client, a growing architecture firm, is seeking a proactive and versatile Proposal Manager to support their team in managing key administrative functions. In this role, you'll take charge of proposal development, contract preparation, and project documentation, while providing comprehensive support to senior leadership.Responsibilities:Proposal Management: Organize, craft, and track proposal documents with precisionContract Preparation: Review and prepare legal agreements, including AIA Owner/Architect and Consultant agreementsClient Engagement: Coordinate with clients and consultants to secure signed proposals and agreementsDocument Management: Maintain a well-organized electronic filing systemSubmittals: Prepare responses to Requests for Proposal/Qualifications (RFP/Qs)Insurance Certificates: Manage and distribute project insurance certificatesAttention to Detail: Proofread and edit all communications to ensure accuracy and clarityQualifications:3+ years of experience in contract documentation, editing, and negotiation (architecture, engineering, or construction preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel and Word), with knowledge of Google Apps and Mac-based applicationsExperience with AIA contracts and Deltek Vision is a plusStrong multitasker who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependableBenefits: Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a Continuing Education Allowance, Profit Sharing and a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with a 6% employer match, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) with an employer contribution ranging from 8-15% of your salary over the last 7 years.
