Real Estate Assistant & Administrative Support (Bilingual: Spanish & English)

We are a mid-sized construction company with a growing presence in industrial and commercial real estate, seeking a bilingual (Spanish & English) Real Estate Assistant to work directly with our CEO. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about real estate, eager to learn, and ready to assist with both administrative tasks and real estate functions.

What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Real Estate Agent (Preferred) – or the ability to obtain a license quickly.
MLS Access or Willingness to Obtain It – familiarity with market analysis and property data tools.
Primary/First Language Spanish – must also be fluent in English to support diverse clientele and expansion into Spanish-speaking markets.
Passion for Industrial & Commercial Real Estate – a strong interest in these markets is essential.
Driven and Research-Oriented – ability to conduct in-depth research to assist with property transactions and market expansion.
Multitasking Pro – capable of managing administrative, real estate, and personal assistant tasks.
Highly Organized – strong attention to detail for managing tasks, deadlines, and documents.
Tech-Savvy – proficiency in digital tools, data entry, and online research.
Friendly and Professional – excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Location – must live within 10 miles or 10 minutes from downtown for quick office access.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property research, produce market comps, and assist with deal analysis.
Support the CEO in managing real estate transactions and related documents.
Maintain and update MLS listings, track property information, and assist in marketing efforts.
Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and prepare for client interactions.
Handle administrative tasks such as answering calls, routing messages, and managing correspondence.
Assist with personal assistant duties, including running errands and conducting miscellaneous research.
Provide insights and strategies for expanding into Spanish-speaking industrial and commercial markets.
Stay up to date on market trends, zoning changes, and industry developments.
