In this position, you will be in charge of managing the main reception area, greeting and directing visitors and providing workplace assistance as needed. Tis role is ideal for a candidate seeking a fast paced environment with room to grow!Responsibilities:Answer, screen, and route all incoming callsOpen/close reception area daily and maintain its appearance throughout the dayInput visitors into building security system and greet guests in a friendly mannerMaintain conference rooms, book meetings, and assist with set up of A/V equipment and video conferencesAssist with onboarding/offboarding proceduresServe as a backup for booking travel arrangements and process expense reportsAbout You:Bachelor's degree required2+ years of administrative or guest services experience within professional servicesPrior experience coordinating travel arrangements preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in MS Outlook and Microsoft SuiteExcellent customer service skillsProven ability to multitask, prioritize and take direction Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
