-some one familiar with Microsoft office programs (Excel, Word).
-have a strong understanding of Quick Books with some bookkeeping
-knows how to us adobe (pdf files, esign, and edit).
-navigate the internet with ease
-experience in an office 1 year minimum
Job duties(not limited to)
Entering and paying bills, then inputting information into Quick Books.
Creating Excel spread sheets, Word Documents for reports and personal organization.
Assisting other personnel, vendors, or customers.
Filing paperwork.
Talking directly with current and future customers.
Maintaining and cleaning office environment.
