We are a small company looking for a Part-Time Secretary to join our team.
ADVANCED knowledge of Microsoft 365 Word is essential including but not limited to complex document formatting and layout, columns, tables, page breaks and numbers, headers/footers, labels, and more.
Proofreading skills and attention to detail are vital.
Working knowledge of Excel and Adobe are required.
You must be very comfortable with computers and understand how to save files on a network and use basic hardware and software, such as operating systems, web browsers and various applications.
Responsibilities:
Utilize your advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 Word to prepare letters and reports
Ensure reports and correspondence are assembled, copied, scanned and sent to clients on a timely basis
File paper and electronic documents and maintain filing systems
Inventory office supplies, create supply orders, store and stock supplies as needed
Working knowledge of office equipment such as Copier/Printer/Scanner, postage meter, fax machine, typewriter
Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to solve problems independently
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
