They will work directly with nationally contracted clients, handling inquiries and troubleshooting equipment issues with precision and dedication.Key Responsibilities:Respond to calls and emails from major clients, addressing technical issues related to equipment, such as tablets and other mobility devices.Utilize client-specific process documents and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to resolve issues promptly and effectively.Employ a customer-centric approach and critical thinking skills to problem-solve and bring issues to resolution with a white glove level of careQualifications:1+ years experience with office systems and data entry1+ year of experience serving and working with clients in a professional setting, call center or phone based customer serviceExperience working with process documents, according to service level agreementsMust have the ability to remotely support customers via phone, email and web based ticketing system.Any technical education or entry level experience in desktop support would be beneficialBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
