We are a property management company located in Wilmette, IL seeking a Bookkeeper to work in our Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable / Payroll department. (This is not a remote position.)
Responsibilities:
Provide basic accounting and bookkeeping. This includes accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll, statement reconciliation, journal entries, general ledger, and monthly/quarterly and year-end reporting.
Examine accounting records, prepare basic accounting, bookkeeping and reports
Be a problem-solver, self-motivated and organized.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Science, etc.
Must be familiar with AP, AR, payroll, etc.
At least three (3) years experience as an bookkeeper.
Computer skills and knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Good organization & communication skills.
