Independent real estate broker and condominium management company seeks an entry-level community association manager. We are seeking someone newer to condominium management whom we will train for our level of service and our expectations of condo management. Requirements:
1. IL CAM license (if not currently licensed, ability to receive within 30 days of joining our team
2. Must be located in the City of Chicago (north side, preferred).
3. Must have reliable transportation.
4. Willingness to work for an honest, transparent company, where you will have the ability to grow the business and have input on our operations!
5. Experience with Appfolio is a plus, but we will train accordingly.
6. Availability to work nights and weekends as needed for emergencies.
7. We will have office space available for you in our Rogers Park office.
