Field Connections LLC is seeking property inspectors in and around Cook Co IL. The purpose of the inspection is to verify occupancy and property condition for various banks and mortgage companies. Each inspection takes an average of 5 minutes, which includes taking photos of the property and filling out the related inspection form. Reliable, insured, transportation, a smartphone, internet and printer access are a must. Prior knowledge of EZ inspections and an active Aspen Grove number are a plus. This job would be perfect for a rep already completing inspection work and looking to add more work to their route. The ideal candidate is self motivated, communicative, and detail oriented.
