Permanent part time work for experienced janitor/handyman. To apply you must:
1 Live in East Rogers Park
2 Be retired or semi—retired
3. Have experience in vintage buildings with heating; carpentry; locks; drywall/tile; kitchen and bath repairs; basic plumbing and electrical; painting
4. Have references

6. We pay $40–70 per hour based on levels of work and your experience; plus generous annual bonus.

8. Must have valid Illinois driver’s license and safe & operable vehicle.
