We are an established property management company seeking an excellent leasing agent for one of its flagship buildings within the Gold Coast.
This vintage, 300+-unit building, is undergoing a gut rehab. We are adding many high-end amenities to every unit.
Must have:
4-year college degree/Bachelor’s
At least 3 years of proven successful leasing experience
Excellent communication and organization skills
Schedule: Must be willing to work 40-45 hours (per week), including 5 hours on Saturday.
Compensation: Salaried job – no commission
