Real Estate Property Management company has an immediate open full-time position available for a licensed property manager to manage a portfolio of single-family, townhomes and condo homeowner associations.
We are looking for that unique person who has the following qualifications:
1. Manage a portfolio of homeowner association clients
2. Working knowledge of Word and Excel programs - Vantaca Management Software a plus
3. Proven skills in multi-tasking and timely follow-through
4. Preferred experience of at least two (2) years as licensed portfolio manager
5. Be reliable and self-starter
6. Provide exceptional attention to details
7. Coordinate with internal staff on project/reports
8. Conduct weekly property inspections for rule violations
Benefits include 401K after one year of service, paid time off and health/dental/vision insurance premium assistance available. The receptionist assistant position is full-time. Hourly salary is based upon experience and qualifications.
