We are looking for a responsible person with over 3 years of experience as a janitor. This person will be provided an apartment and wages for cleaning the building in the South Shore area.
This individual will need to pass an apartment application check for the position,
o Organized, the janitor must be able to schedule and complete the cleaning of the building in an organized fashion each week.
o Reliable, the technician is required to be reliable each week and to help provide coverage when out.
o Communication, the janitor must have a reliable source of communication (a functioning smart phone).
o Caring, we expect the technician to care about every situation, team member and resident to the point that all actions succeed from this root value.
o We will provide most cleaning tools and cleaning supplies.
