Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors for home maintenance and repairs
Manage lease renewals and re-leasing efforts
Serve as primary point of contact for tenant issues and inquiries
Monitor and act on key metrics related to property performance and resident satisfaction
Qualifications:
Prior experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or real estate operations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
