We’re a small but growing brokerage based in Chicago, and looking for a licensed Leasing Agent or Broker who shares that mindset. Someone who cares about doing good work, shows up for people.
What you’d be doing:
Showing and leasing residential units from the MLS.
Following up with leads, helping clients feel informed and supported
Taking listing photos and writing up descriptions (I’ll help you get good at this if needed)
Communicating clearly with tenants, owners, and the team

IL Leasing Agent or Broker License (required)
Some leasing or sales experience is great, but not everything
