Real Estate Financial Analyst ( Part Time.) opportunity to contribute to our dynamic real estate investment projects. Key Responsibilities: Help the lead commercial broker in preparing, analyzing the listing of the commercial investment properties on Loopnet, Co-star, Crexi and other commercial websites by performing financial analysis for real estate sales and the investments. The job includes IRR calculations, cash flow projections, and stress analysis. Create detailed financial models, help evaluate investment opportunities and strategies, and preparation of Offering Memorandum's. Experience working with real estate companies or in real estate financial analysis is required. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Photo Shop and Adobe. Strong understanding of underwriting principles, including 5-10 year projections and risk assessment. Knowledge of surfing websites viz: Loopnet, CoStar, Crexi and others for searching investment opportunities, real estate comps, and understanding of database management of Lexus Nexus, Mailchimp etc. Opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of real estate investments.
