Real Estate Property Management company has an immediate open full-time position available.
We are looking for that unique person who has the following qualifications:
1. Ability to answer phones and greet guests with a professional and helpful attitude
2. Working knowledge of Word and Excel programs
3. Proven skills in multi-tasking and timely follow-through
4. Preferred experience of at least one (1) year in customer service position
5. Be reliable and self-starter
6. Provide exceptional attention to details
7. Assist internal staff on project/reports
Benefits include 401K after one year of service, paid time off and health/dental/vision insurance premium assistance available. The receptionist assistant position is full-time. Hourly salary is based upon experience and qualifications.
